We provide our customers with not a CONFERENCE ROOM, but 3 of different sizes for rental. Ideal for meetings, brainstorms , lunch and learns, and more. The CAVM office meeting rooms will please you first by their location. In the heart of Old Montreal, a stone’s throw from downtown, they are easy to access for those who live in Montreal and in the suburbs as well as for those who come from abroad. Are you traveling by metro? The CAVM is a few minutes walk from Square-Victoria station.

Meanwhile, you can focus on last-minute preparations and details in the conference room without needing to be at the entrance. When you rent one of our conference rooms, we provide you with the tools and environment necessary to ensure your meeting leads to a new contract, idea, or collaboration.

Upon arrival at the CAVM, your guests will be warmly welcomed by our attentive staff and escorted to the meeting room. This allows you to handle last-minute preparations in the room without needing to remain at the Business Center entrance in Old Montreal.
Hand sanitizer, disposable masks, and other safety measures for each room rental
Your safety is our priority, especially since the pandemic. We provide hand sanitizer and disposable masks at the entrance to the CAVM. We ask all CAVM tenants and visitors to maintain social distancing and wear face coverings while traveling and when less than 2 meters apart.
Surfaces and bathrooms are cleaned regularly, and all equipment in the conference rooms is disinfected after each use (tables, chairs, phones, etc.).
