The CAVM office meeting rooms will please you first by their location. In the heart of Old Montreal, a stone’s throw from downtown, they are easy to access for those who live in Montreal and in the suburbs as well as for those who come from abroad. Are you traveling by metro? The CAVM is a few minutes walk from Square-Victoria station.

Upon their arrival at the CAVM, your guests will be greeted by our attentive and warm staff and taken to the meeting room. During this time, you will be able to make last-minute preparations in the office meeting room without being present at the Old Montreal Business Centre entrance. We also offer a catering service(for an additional fee). When you rent one of our office conferences rooms, we offer you the tools and the environment necessary for your meeting to result in a new contract, a new idea or a new collaboration

Upon arrival at the CAVM, your guests will be greeted by our attentive and warm staff and shown to the meeting room. During this time, you can therefore be busy with last-minute preparations in the room without having to be present at the entrance to the Old Montreal Business Center.

Disinfectant gel, disposable masks and other measures for every conference room rental

Since your safety is our priority, and this, particularly since the pandemic, we provide you with disinfectant gel and disposable masks at the entrance of the CAVM. We ask all CAVM tenants and visitors to respect social distancing and wear face coverings when traveling and when they are not 2 meters from each other.

Surfaces and bathrooms are cleaned regularly, while equipment provided in conference rooms is disinfected after each use (tables, chairs, telephones, etc.).
